You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@naturvibes.de) by means of a clear statement (e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose. You will receive the return address after you have sent us the completed sample withdrawal form by e-mail.
Please note: If you refuse to accept your ordered products, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This fee amounts to €10.00 for all orders. Alternatively, you may accept the goods and send them directly to our returns centre — in this case no return shipping fee will be charged to you (only the normal shipping costs for the return).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
A withdrawal immediately after the order has been received is not possible, as our logistics centre dispatches the order within a few hours of purchase. You only have the right to withdraw from the order once the goods have arrived with you. Furthermore, no refund will be issued in the event of non-acceptance of the goods. The goods must be properly accepted and sent to the return address provided by us within 14 days in order for us to refund you the full purchase price.
Furthermore, you have no right to return soiled or used products to us. (Example: You have the right to test, try on and walk in our NaturVibes™ barefoot shoes for 14 days after receipt of the goods on clean ground. However, you may not damage the barefoot shoes or use them on dirty ground and then return them to us. We would then be unable to pass them on to a new customer and would have to dispose of the shoes. If we nevertheless receive shoes showing signs of use, you will not receive a refund.)
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We do not bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only required to compensate for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
